Nature speaks to us in many ways. It may seem She’s quiet in winter, but the forest is very much alive!
If we listen we can hear Her whispers, if we look we can see Her messages in the plants and animals, our noses tell us about Her medicines, we can taste them on our tongues, feel them on our fingertips and know them in our hearts.
In this workshop we will reconnect with Nature by sharpening and utilizing our senses.
You will be guided through meditative exercises to open up your senses and connect to plant medicines, Lisa will take you on a guided walk in the forest at the Misiwe Ni Relations Healing Lodge. We will discuss the interplay of the plants and nature we find, forage some medicines, and make a wildcrafted tea.
If you’re interested in reconnecting with yourself and Nature, this is the afternoon for you!
