Join us Sunday, January 20th @ 2 pm at Planet Botanix for a dynamic high energy session of inspired vocal toning, supported by crystal singing bowls.

This vocal session will be centered primarily around AUM, which is considered a primordial sound.

We'll also explore a diverse palette of vocal sounds including Ahh, Eee, Ohh, Ooo, Uhh that are known to stimulate different effects in the physical and energy bodies.
