A six-class course on advancing through your grief with mindfulness
Winter can be a particularly challenging time for those on the bereavement journey. Join us throughout the months of January to March, 2019, for 12 hours of mindful meditation designed specifically for those working through loss and grief.
For some of us along the bereavement journey, being out in the world can feel overwhelming and alienating. We also understand that the tools and activities that can support us in this journey require us to bravely encounter the non-grieving world. Mindfulness can help.
Learn mindfulness meditation techniques in a safe and friendly environment, among others who are on a similar journey. Develop mindfulness skills that can support you throughout this journey, in whatever shape it takes and for however long you are on it.

This course is designed to teach you mindfulness meditation techniques that can support you as you navigate your bereavement journey.
— An understanding of the foundational attitudes of mindfulness and mindful breathing techniques
— Learn to be aware of and manage the physical symptoms of grief
— Increase compassion toward yourself and others
— Use mindful meditation techniques to honour your grief
— Develop the skills to bravely turn toward what is difficult and make space for it
— Integrate meditation into your life by leaving the course with dozens of hours of guided and self-guided meditation practices that can support you in your journey.
